Beatwolf â€" Manchester online magazine â€" volunteering opportunities University of Manchester Careers Blog Love writing, keen to volunteer and contribute to a new music website, then read the  info below from Beatwolf…                                     Beatwolf is a Manchester based online magazine featuring a healthy mix of music enthusiasm and opinion bordering on irreverence. We are looking for volunteers to contribute to our website! Beatwolf.com has been live for about 7 months, since the launch we have also built a radio station    www.beatwolfradio.com  which is run by Mike Joyce from The Smiths and a number of great DJs from hacienda DJ’s to Phil Beckett â€" The Stone Roses DJ. The website and the radio station are currently giving two different messages (the radio is cool, current, underground etc. and the site is very mainstream and gossip orientated) recently we decided to make them more alike meaning we are giving the site a major personality transplant. Instead of celebrity gossip etc., we will be producing content which is edgy and up to date. We want our readers to be entertained and engaged with the world of music. In order for this to happen we want our family to grow. We are looking to give new contributors a platform to be free (just like our DJ’s) to have the opportunity to write about anything music related including reviews of the good bad and the ugly â€" with no restrictions! If you would like to get involved you will be joining a team that includes Mike Joyce From The Smiths and Bez from The Happy Mondays- and a host of other interesting music professionals! Beatwolf’s aim is to entertain, educate, shock and offend. All we ask is for your commitment and enthusiasm as a reviewer or columnist.
